Nominating a charity

Presentations are simple and should not be formal.  Be sure your charity is recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization.  If you're not sure, check its website or ask them.  Be prepared to talk about . . .   


1.    The name of the organization and where it is.


2.    What is the mission of the organization?


3.    What does it do and how?  Who does it serve? 


4.    How would this organization benefit from our donation; how would the funds be used?


5.    Who is responsible for the use of funds?
